AssetKeeper
Private offline Android app
AssetKeeper helps you organize appliances, vehicles, real estate records, and account details without cloud sync, login accounts, or unnecessary noise.
AssetKeeper focuses on fast entry, clean viewing, and safe backup instead of turning personal record keeping into a complicated system.
Appliances, vehicles, real estate, and accounts each use relevant fields so users do not see unrelated inputs.
Add item details from a camera photo, gallery image, or PDF invoice, then review and edit before saving.
Store photos, receipts, bills, warranty cards, and PDFs with captions directly inside each item record.
Account passwords, mPIN, and transaction passwords stay hidden until the app PIN is entered.
Track repairs, renewals, purchases, reminders, notes, costs, vendors, and due dates in a clean timeline.
Export everything into one password-encrypted backup file. Nobody can read that file without the password, and it can be imported back only in AssetKeeper using the same password.
The app starts with the categories users understand immediately, then keeps uncommon choices inside searchable dropdowns.
AC, television, refrigerator, washing machine, laptop, phone, purifier, microwave and more.
Car, bike, scooter, bicycle, EV scooter, truck, van and tractor records with renewal dates.
Homes, apartments, plots, shops, offices and rental properties with basic ownership details.
Bank accounts, email, work accounts, credit cards and important login details.
AssetKeeper is an offline app. The data entered into the app stays on the phone and does not leave the device through any app account or cloud login.
Category definitions, icons, fields, attachments, logs, and backups are organized so the app can evolve without forcing users to start again.
AssetKeeper does not depend on internet access for day-to-day use. If the phone is lost, the data stored on that phone is lost unless the user restores from their encrypted backup file. The backup file is protected by the password selected during export, and it can only be imported back into AssetKeeper with that same password.
